1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect when posted on the website (see date at the top) and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

1.3 When you use certain Aica Bathrooms services (including without limitation Gift list service) please read the additional information provided with regards to such services as this information will provide you with full details on how to use such services.
FOR SHOWER ENCLOSURES
When you can I expect my item ?
Normally the item will be with you within 5-7 working days (Working day excludes weekend and bank holidays) as long as you left a valid phone number with your order (Itâs better to be a mobile no). We need you phone number in case of any problems with delivery, e.g courier cannot locate property, vehicle brake down etc..
Due to the volume of items we send out we cannot call all customers to advise of delivery.Â We will however notify you once dispatched.Â if the courier attempts delivery and you are not at home, please do not worry, they will leave a card with contact details and ask you to call them to advise of a suitable time to re-deliver.
Please note that invalid tel noâs may cause a delay with your delivery.
We will do our utmost to deliver your lovely item as fast as we can ,but please allow possible delays in transit due to circumstances out of our control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not receive your item after 7 working days.
Can I have next working day delivery ?
Please email us to confirm you would like next day delivery and add GBP 29.95 extra surcharge post on your order when you checkout, You will receive your lovely items in next working day as long as the payment has been cleared before 11:00 am
1. Non-faulty items
You can return non-faulty items if you changed your mind at any time within 14 days after transaction . Please kindly call us or send email to our after sales team to inform them you want to return and they will advise you our return procedure .
We will charge postage for return items, or customer can arrange return by themselves.
If you choose to return the item yourself you MUST use recorded delivery or use a courier who can provide tracking information. This information must then be supplied to us.
All return items must be in original , unused condition and packaging .
All return items will be inspected upon on arrival , if the condition or packaging is not acceptable, refund may not be issued , If some parts are missing then only a partial refund will be issued .
You will be responsible for any loss or damage to the item in transit. We do not take any responsibility until the items arrived at our warehouse, refund may not be issued for any damaged or lost items .
Please email us the proof of postage/courier receipt and tracking information once you dispatched the item to us .
We can arrange collection for your items if you cant find a courier company but the postage charge will be deducted from your payment . The courier charges for a single item is Â£50.00, for multiple items its Â£78.00.Â This is the cost of the couriers charge.
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 working days once inspected upon on arrival in good condition
2. Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that the item has developed a fault or has missing parts,We will send the parts to you free of charge within 3 working days to fix the faulty items or problems (If out of stock we will get these forwarded to you as soon as possible ) We are happy to send a replacement to you if the parts sent can not resolve the problem.
Please do check your items before you sign the consignment note. Any glass damaged , you must sign as Goods Damaged or refuse the items and report to us immediately .(You can find our tel no in the email we sent to inform you about the dispatch information ) We will send the replacement to you as soon as possible once you report to us .
Do not book plumbers in advance !!
Please be aware that you may experience delays in delivery when events occur beyond our control such as extreme weather conditions or items being damaged or lost in transit. Bear this in mind if you take annual leave from work or arrange the services of a professional fitter, we will not reimburse plumbers invoices, your time or any other costs occurred by the delay or condition of a delivery. So we strongly recommend you book a plumber after you have received your item in good condition
We will not take any liability for any damage caused after the installation of the product.Â Please ensure you used a skilled tradesman to install your item.
Collection service is not-available.
FOR BATH SCREENS
Shipping (Next working day UK Mainland Delivery)
We usually offer next working day delivery to your door step ( 48 hours for address' in Scotland , Northern Ireland and some areas of Wales ) as long as your full payment has been received before 9:00am . (Working day excludes weekend and bank holidays).
Unfortunately the couriers cannot call customers before they deliver.They will however leave a card through your door and ask you to call them to arrange a suitable delivery should they find you not at home.
We do our utmost to deliver your lovely item as fast as we can ,but please allow possible delays in transit due to circumstance out of our control. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have not receive your item in 5 working days .
Collection service is not-available.
Postage and Tracking
For most UK areas are free postage . but surcharge postage 39pounds for Northern Ireland, Highlands and off shore islands PH19-44, PH49-50, IV, KW, PA20-88,PO30-38,ZE, KA27&28 & HS, and all addresses in Isle of Man, Isle of wight and Isles of Scilly.Â Please assure you add the postage if you are in surcharge area when you checkout.
Please also be aware that for the areas above it takes up to 48hours for delivery.
Usually we will send the tracking information by email once the items have been dispatched . You can track your item on-line to make sure somebody is at home to take delivery . please kindly check your email box after your purchase to get the tracking information.
